This course is aimed at Engineers who are responsible for managing the health of Turbo Machinery. The course offers a practical approach to the Vibration Diagnostics of Fluid Film Bearing Rotating Equipment. We’ll focus on understanding the data plot formats, understanding phase , Orbit Plot formats, Polar, Bode and Vector Plotting, Average Shaft Centreline Plot formats and Spectrum Plot Formats (incl. Full Spectrum). This course also deals with understanding Fundamental Synchronous Rotor response, Single and Multi-plane Balance Response and Vibration Modes. We also teach delegates to recognise machinery fault conditions such as Unbalance, Rotor Bow, Looseness, Rubs, Fluid Induced Instabilities and shaft crack.
