Measure vibration, shock, acceleration, and motion
PCB Piezotronics precision accelerometers measure vibration, acceleration, shock, and motion for monitoring, control, and testing applications. These accelerometers can be used in field tests, factory production, and design and can acquire important data for research and development. PCB provides small precision accelerometers for R&D as well as rugged accelerometers for use in industrial machinery monitoring.
Evaluate performance of equipment or structures.
Single axis and three axes (triaxial) accelerometers include the following parameters: temperature, sensitivity, amplitude response, frequency response, form factor and lead wire grounding. Evaluating performance of equipment or structures usually require proof of calibration of the entire measurement system from the sensor through to the final output. All PCB sensors are shipped with a NIST approved calibration certificate.
